Boxer has proposed legislation that would prohibit political contributions by government auditing firms and would require competitive bidding for auditing work every five years, with mandatory replacement of a government entity's auditor every decade.     Aug. 22 (Bloomberg) -- PA Consulting Group, the company that lost a data storage device with the details of all 84,000 prisoners in England and Wales, has won at least 240 million pounds ($440 million) in government contracts since 2004 ...
